Is it just herbs & spices?

No! Our chefs have created over 100 recipes, each with unique flavour blends.

Are the boxes good value?

Most of our boxes cost £3.25 and serve up to 4 people. While this doesn’t include fresh ingredients, we feel that Tyga boxes are great value.

Are Tyga boxes eco-friendly?

We use both compact & recyclable packaging. In addition to this, all of our ingredients are pre-portioned which will help you to reduce food waste.

Do Tyga boxes suit specific diets?

Most of our boxes are GF and there are vegetarian and vegan options available.

How long do they last?

6 months.

Do they need to be kept in the fridge?

No, they can be stored in your cupboard.

Do they contain sugar?

No, our pastes and spices don’t contain any added sugar.

How do I redeem by gift voucher?

Delivery

Do I need to be in to receive my box?

No. Our boxes will fit in a standard UK letterbox

When will my box arrive?

We deliver with Royal Mail and usually boxes arrive within 4 working days. We will let you know via email when your order is shipped.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to the whole of the UK using Royal Mail.

Subscriptions

Can I change my subscription frequency?

Certainly! To adjust your subscription frequency, simply log in to your account at https://tyga.com/account. From there, you can easily manage your subscription and update the frequency to better suit your needs.

Can I choose and swap my subscription box?

Absolutely! You have the freedom to choose and swap products in your subscription box. Just log in to your account at https://tyga.com/account, navigate to the subscription management section, and follow the instructions to select new items for your subscription box.

Can I change my billing details?

Of course! To update your billing details, log in to your account at https://tyga.com/account and access the "View Addresses" option. From there, you can conveniently update your billing information to ensure accurate and seamless transactions.
