Curtis Fitch Limited is responsible for the personal information collected through the Tyga food and gifting business.

Information we use

We use information you provide when shopping, contacting us or subscribing: your name, contact details, billing and delivery addresses, order details, gift messages, preferences and correspondence. If you send a gift, we also receive the recipient details you provide. Please only supply information needed to deliver the gift and avoid sensitive information in gift messages.

Our store and service providers also process technical information such as IP address, device/browser information and shopping activity. Payment providers process payment information; the details available to us depend on the payment method.

Why we use it and our legal bases

  • To take payment, supply orders, deliver gifts and provide customer service: performance of our contract with you. For gift-recipient details, our legitimate interest in delivering your order.
  • To maintain required business records and respond to lawful requests: legal obligations.
  • To prevent fraud, secure the store and resolve disputes: our legitimate interests in protecting customers and our business.

Who receives information

We use Shopify to operate our store. Information needed for their work may be shared with payment providers, delivery and fulfilment services, email and customer-support providers, and professional advisers. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect legal rights. Gift messages and delivery details are shared with the people who prepare and deliver the order.

Shopify and other providers may process information outside the UK. Where restricted international transfers take place, the applicable adequacy decisions or appropriate contractual safeguards must be used. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your information.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, including fulfilling orders, customer service, accounting, tax and legal obligations or resolving disputes.
