Shipping policy

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1pm (UK time), Monday to Friday, the same working day. Otherwise we dispatch within 1 working day. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays. We’ll email you when your order is dispatched.

UK delivery

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 — orders £19.95+: FREE. Usually 1–2 working days after dispatch.
• Royal Mail Tracked 48 — orders below £19.95: £1.99. Usually 2–3 working days after dispatch.
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 — orders below £19.95: £2.99. Usually 1–2 working days after dispatch.
• Royal Mail Special Delivery: £8.99. Next working day after dispatch for eligible addresses, subject to Royal Mail’s service conditions.

The £19.95 free-delivery threshold applies after discounts. Tracked delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Northern Ireland, remote postcodes and UK islands may take longer. Final available services and charges are shown at checkout.

Channel Islands and Isle of Man

Royal Mail Tracked 48 costs £2.99 and is FREE on orders of £19.95 or more. Tracked 24 is available for £4.99. We dispatch within 1 working day; delivery times vary by island. The UK delivery estimates above do not apply.

International delivery

Standard delivery to available EU destinations costs £14.99. Standard delivery to the USA and Canada costs £23.99. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability and charges. International delivery times vary by destination; contact sales@tyga.com before ordering if you need delivery by a particular date.

Trade orders

Trade delivery is £17.95 below £200 and free on orders of £200 or more. Trade orders are submitted for review; delivery shown at checkout is provisional. Tyga confirms the charge before approval and invoicing. See our trade ordering information.
