SRI LANKAN CURRY — SRI LANKA

A light, coconut-fragranced curry built around curry leaves and a characterful mix of cumin, fennel, mustard, fenugreek and nigella seeds. Ground cumin, turmeric and chilli bring warmth, while Coconut Cream Powder creates a smooth, gently spiced sauce.

MALABAR CURRY — GOA, INDIA

A vibrant coastal curry combining tomato, coconut and tamarind with mustard, coriander, turmeric, curry leaves and Kashmiri chilli. The recipe card gives clear instructions for making the dish with either prawns or chicken, with the chilli added to taste.

MURGH MAKHANI — UTTAR PRADESH, INDIA

A rich, comforting butter chicken with aromatic spices, tomato, cream and butter. Mace, cassia, nutmeg and cardamom season the marinade, while garam masala, coriander, cumin, turmeric, fenugreek leaves and Coconut Cream Powder create a rounded, fragrant sauce. A mushroom option is also included.

GREEN THAI CURRY — THAILAND

A fragrant Thai curry combining lemongrass, kaffir lime, ginger and galangal with coriander, cumin, turmeric and black pepper. The Aromatic Paste, Fragrant Paste, Tyga 40 spice blend and Fish Sauce create a creamy, aromatic curry with a gentle warmth.
